The ideal candidate should have strong technical depth in data engineering and data platform modernization programs , enabling effective leadership of complex, large-scale initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale data migration and data platform modernization projectsDrive project planning, execution, and governance across onshore and offshore teamsDevelop and maintain:Detailed project plansMigration roadmapsSprint backlogsDelivery milestonesCoordinate with engineering, infrastructure, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and timely deliveryIdentify and mitigate technical risks, bottlenecks, and design gapsFacilitate decision-making using strong technical understanding of data platforms and architectureEnsure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectationsManage agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesAct as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholdersRequired Experience & SkillsPrior experience as a Developer or Technical Lead before transitioning into Project/Delivery ManagementStrong background in data engineering, data architecture, and infrastructure managementHands-on exposure to:Data migration projectsData platform modernization/buildoutsETL pipelines and frameworksAppreciate your quick response and please feel free to reach me out for any query you may have.Thanks
