The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and resolving a backlog of tickets related to the Epic PB module efficiently by implementing solutions and providing outstanding end-user support. Additionally, the role involves application troubleshooting, analyzing business/clinical needs, and ensuring system specifications meet user requirements.Job ResponsibilitiesEfficiently resolve backlog of tickets (incidents and requests) for Epic PB module by implementing necessary builds, break fixes, enhancements, or providing end-user training and support.Provide application troubleshooting support and resolve issues, escalate to the appropriate groups for remediation, or elevate to the vendor when necessary.Analyze business/clinical needs and requirements, and evaluate operational workflows for system implementation.Create and maintain accurate system specifications and documentation for applications supported by the team.Act as a liaison to the vendor, reporting escalations, obtaining assistance with issue resolution, and coordinating vendor activities including hardware or software installations.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Current Epic Professional Billing with SBO CertificationEpic Claims and Remittance CertificationMinimum 3 years of experience with Epic Charge RouterABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
