Human Resource Supervisor

Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Resource Supervisor to lead HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. This position plays a critical role in supporting operational growth by overseeing employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR strategy implementation.Mount Pleasant, WI, offers a vibrant community with a strong manufacturing presence, providing an excellent environment for career growth in the human resources field.Key QualificationsEducationBachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.Manufacturing or industrial HR experience required.Experience managing ADP payroll processing for 2,000 employees preferred.Experience with HRIS systems required.Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Bilingual in English and Chinese (required).Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and Wisconsin labor laws.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.Certifications (Preferred)SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification.ResponsibilitiesProvide full-spectrum HR support to assigned manufacturing departments.Supervise and support HR staff in daily HR operations.Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.Ensure compliance with federal, Wisconsin state, and local labor regulations.Oversee payroll coordination and HRIS administration.Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.Administer compensation and benefits programs.Promote employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.Act as liaison between local leadership and corporate/global HR.Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics for leadership review.BenefitsPEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
