The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for directing the activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel who provide healthcare and nursing services to clients within the recovery network.What We Offer:• 401(k)• Dental insurance• Flexible schedule• Health insurance• Paid time off (PTO)• Vision insurance• Career development opportunities• Mental health days• Holiday payJob Qualifications:• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed in good standing in the state of practice• Valid RN license• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in hospital and behavioral health settings• At least 1 year of nursing supervision experience• Certified BLS provider• Satisfactory OIG exclusion check and background screening• Strong professional and personal referencesKey Responsibilities:• Conduct TB testing for clients and staff, including PPD placement, reading results, and documentation• Coordinate COVID testing and vaccinations; maintain related records for staff and clients• Complete required COVID reporting (e.g., RedCap submissions)• Manage medical records, including ROI verification, record requests, and documentation tracking• Maintain medical supplies and manage stock medications through approved vendors• Oversee and adjust nursing schedules• Coordinate client appointments with medical providers• Lead infection control initiatives, including monitoring, audits, vaccinations, and isolation protocols• Provide flexible coverage for nursing shifts as needed due to staffing shortages or emergencies• Provide holiday and weekend coverage as required• Order, collect, and process lab work; report critical results to providers and document in EHR• Perform daily chart audits for assessments, medication administration, vitals, and client education
