A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as a technical bridge between innovative AI products and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that integrate with existing platforms
Lead the configuration and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring effective interaction with customer tech stacks
Develop custom applications and tools for AI workflows, and provide technical training and support to customer teams
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a customer-facing technical role focused on software deployment and integration
Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and related tools
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
Experience with public APIs and system interactions, including CRUD operations
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
