Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented *Design Manager to lead our design team in a fast-paced environment.* The ideal candidate will oversee internal *office layouts and commercial furniture design*, ensuring accurate, timely project delivery that aligns with client specifications. *This role requires exceptional AutoCAD technical *proficiency, strong cross-departmental collaboration-particularly with Sales-and effective team leadership to manage priorities and meet critical deadlines.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Design & Technical Execution*: Produce precise AutoCAD drawings, space plans, and specifications for commercial furniture and office layouts based on client requirements.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred (equivalent professional experience considered).
* *Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience.*
* Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD software.
* High level of competence with Microsoft Office Suite.
