Nice CXone EngineerLocation: RemoteEngagement: Contractor (PJ)Who You AreNICE CXone contact center cloud engineers are responsible for providing technical expertiseand delivery of inContact cloud contact center implementations, integrations, discovery sessionsand knowledge transfer for the client.What You DoIn this role the primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Designing and maintaining cloud architectures, conducting discovery sessions, integrating multiple dissimilar environments, and implementing leading edge technologies.Job DescriptionInvestigating complex technical issues and working with partnering personnel to resolve complex issues.Using agile methodologies, partner with product managers and product owners to understand business needs, gather requirements, provide technical direction and develop solutions to deliver the desired customer experience.Provide support for internal support organizations to troubleshoot and resolve complex implementation and production issues.Ability to prioritize work effectively and meet tight deadlines when required.Ability to consume APIs from Snippets in Studio, including: the handling of the payload returns, “for loops” / iterating through multiple data returns in a data array, applying complex logic that is used to make variables from the target content. In addition, the candidate should be able to work with, consume, and alter CXone Dynamic objects.Ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and technical complexity.Provide clear and accurate documentation as well as provide training to other team members as needed.Ability to work within the entire suite of Contact Center solutions: ACD, skill-based routing, call recording/screen recording, speech analytics, IVR, chat, workforce management (WFM), etc.This role is a hybrid role that will consist of 50% support and 50% studio developmental tasks.What Makes You a Perfect FitBachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or extensive experience with Nice CXone’s software suite.Minimum 4+ years technical, hands-on experience with focus on various digital technologies and solutions including NICE CXone.A passion for technology and helping people solve problems and a thirst to learn new and innovative technologies, regardless of vendor or technology.Strong knowledge and application of Agile Methodologies.Experience maintaining and designing complex queuing/routing, call flows, conversational flows for a complete customer journey.Experience with AWS Lamda’s, creating, maintaining...etc.Experience with Python coding in the AWS environment.Experience with graphql / dynamoDB.
