Lead team by example when passing medications, assisting residents with personalcare, completingpaperwork, and completing proper training. Provide exceptional quality of care for all residents and demonstrate Arrows corevalues through actions, language, and deed.Whatare we looking for? You must have currentLPNlicense in good standing. You must beable to travel to multiple Arrow communities withinassigned territory. You areavailable to work a minimum of every other weekend. You have throughworking knowledge of current care standards and regulation. You are experiencedin hands on care of memory impaired residents. Youcanmaintain and update effective service plansand supervise care staff. You have comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law. You have knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate toresidents. You must have the ability to communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families, andcommunity staff. You must beactive as this rolerequires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day. You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. You must be abletoassist residents with sitting,standingand walking, as well as assisting personsafter a fall. You must be criminally cleared. You must be in good standing if you are an internal applicant.
