If you're passionate about Apple technologies, enjoy building relationships, and want the opportunity to make a real difference in education, we'd love to meet you.About the RoleEclipse Integrated Systems is seeking an experienced onsite Technology Leadership Team Engineer to support a private K-12 school in Greenwich, CT. You'll serve as the primary onsite technology professional, working closely with our senior engineering and CTO team to deliver exceptional technology services while building trusted relationships with faculty, administrators, and students.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of hands-on technical work, customer service, and technology leadership.What You'll DoProvide onsite technical support for faculty, staff, and students.Manage and support a predominantly Apple environment, including MacBooks, iPads, and Apple services.Administer Apple device management through Jamf Pro or a similar MDM platform.Support Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365.Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, networking, printers, classroom technology, and AV systems.Perform device deployments, lifecycle management, and inventory tracking.Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint protection, and technology best practices.Work directly with school leadership to recommend technology improvements and assist with planning.Coordinate with Eclipse's senior engineering team on infrastructure projects and escalated issues.Maintain excellent documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.QualificationsRequired: Minimum 3-5 years supporting technology in a K-12 school environment.Strong experience supporting macOS, Apple hardware, and iPad deployments.Experience with Jamf Pro (or equivalent Apple MDM platform).Experience with Google Workspace for Education.Familiarity with Microsoft 365.Knowledge of wireless networking, switching, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and general network troubleshooting.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to prioritize work independently while collaborating with a remote engineering team.Strong documentation and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsApple certifications.Jamf certifications.Experience supporting classroom technologies and interactive displays.Experience with educational applications and student information systems.Experience working in independent or private schools.BenefitsWe believe in taking care of our team.Competitive salary of $75,000-$80,000Medical insuranceDental insurance401(k) retirement planPaid vacation and holidaysOngoing technical training and professional developmentOpportunities for advancement within our growing Technology Leadership TeamWhy Eclipse?At Eclipse Integrated Systems, we believe technology professionals should be trusted advisors—not just ticket closers.
