Salesforce Business AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, deep knowledge across multiple Salesforce Clouds, and the ability to translate complex business processes into clear, actionable requirements. The Salesforce Business Analyst will help shape scalable Salesforce solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, scope, workflows, and pain points.Convert business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Work closely with Salesforce solution architects to ensure requirements are aligned with technical design.Conduct business gap analysis, FIT-GAP assessments, and impact analysis.Build Salesforce reports and dashboards; perform data analysis to support decision-making.Own the requirements lifecycle end-to-end.Provide clarity to architects/developers regarding business requirements and functional intent.Validate delivered solutions against requirements and Salesforce best practices.Participate in solution demos, perform smoke testing, and verify functional readiness.Analyze current-state and future-state business processes.Identify automation opportunities using Salesforce capabilities such as Flows and declarative tools.Recommend improvements to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and enhance user experience.Support UAT planning and execution.Triaging defects, validating fixes, and ensuring solution quality and completeness.Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment.Act as a bridge between business units, product owners, technical teams, and leadership.Facilitate requirement workshops, design reviews, and status discussions.Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress, risks, and impacts.Prepare end-user documentation, training materials, and release notes.Conduct training sessions and enablement workshops for business users.Required Skills & QualificationsExperienceMinimum 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 8 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.Proven experience working on multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.Salesforce CertificationsRequired: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud ConsultantPlus at least one of the following: CPQ Specialist, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud ConsultantTechnical KnowledgeStrong understanding of Salesforce data model, declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder).Experience with integration concepts and data migration practices.Ability to create complex Salesforce reports and dashboards.Hands-on experience with Data Loader for data extraction and updates.Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).Analytical & Communication SkillsExceptional requirement gathering, documentation, and analytical abilities.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications in a concise manner.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodology.Knowledge of data governance, MDM practices, and Salesforce data security.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (four-year degree required).
