Join us and make a meaningful impact on the future of energy and transportation.Job SummaryThe Facilities Maintenance Technician – Level 4 performs intermediate troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and process utility systems to ensure operational reliability. This role executes preventive and corrective maintenance with limited supervision and responds to equipment and utility faults to minimize downtime. The technician interprets technical documentation, supports system diagnostics, and implements standardized maintenance procedures. Additionally, the position contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.Essential DutiesFunctional Operations: Operate and maintain tools and equipment within the functional areaPerform routine and intermediate rounds on mechanical, electrical, and utility systems, including troubleshooting and repair with limited supervisionConduct defined troubleshooting and repair on facilities and production support equipmentAct as a First Responder to diagnose and resolve operational and utility issuesAssess utility outages (e.g., compressed air, HVAC, nitrogen, process water) and implement corrective actionsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders to identify faults and execute repairsDevelop and execute Maintenance Operating Procedures (MOPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment to measure system parameters (e.g., pressure, temperature, humidity, airflow, ampacity, particulates) across utilities and process systemsPerformance Optimization & Continuous ImprovementMaintain accurate maintenance records including equipment logs, work orders, and CMMS documentationUtilize CMMS to track labor hours, equipment history, and maintenance activitiesIdentify equipment performance issues and support reliability and uptime improvementsDetect faulty operations and defective materials;
