JOB SUMMARY, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, JOB REQUIREMENTSSUMMARYThe Onsite Activities / OSU Ambassador is a part-time, student-focused role designed to enhance resident engagement, strengthen the property’s presence within the Oklahoma State University community, and support marketing and leasing efforts at Remington Ranch Apartments. This role bridges onsite operations and campus outreach by managing social media, coordinating events, and fostering relationships with current and prospective residents.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing & Social MediaDevelop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars, with Property Manager approvalCapture and share resident testimonials and property highlightsPost on social media platforms 2–3 times per weekMonitor and respond to comments and direct messagesCreate engaging content, including behind-the-scenes and seasonal campaigns Resident Engagement & EventsPlan and execute resident events within budgetCoordinate weekly onsite events (e.g., food trucks during summer months)Develop and manage engagement initiatives such as the “While You Were Away” content seriesSupport overall resident experience through creative programming Campus & Community OutreachRepresent the property at OSU-related eventsParticipate in campus organizations to build brand awarenessConduct outreach marketing within Stillwater and the OSU communityEstablish and maintain partnerships with local businesses for resident/student discounts Leasing & Administrative SupportAssist with property tours as neededSupport inquiry handling through designated ambassador hoursManage and distribute the “Remington Student Profile” for incoming residentsCollect and analyze resident preferences (e.g., roommate matching, housing expectations) Reporting & Performance TrackingAnalyze engagement metrics from social media and eventsProvide feedback and reporting to management on campaign and event performance General SupportProvide additional support to the onsite team as needed to ensure smooth property operations EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education/training is a bonus.Previous experience in the property management industry preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Occasional standing or walking within the office or to other facilities.Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours with breaks).Occasional bending, reaching, and stooping.Frequent use of hands for typing, writing, and handling documents.Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computers, copiers, and phones).Adequate vision for reading and computer use (corrective lenses acceptable).Ability to hear and communicate effectively, including via phone.Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies or small packages).Ability to climb stairs. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSValid Driver's License and/or reliable transportation.
