SAP Project Manager
Job Title: SAP Project ManagerLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid)Duration: 6 monthsWe are seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across global HR functions. This role will partner closely with internal HR, IT, and executive stakeholders, as well as enterprise program teams, to lead multiple workstreams including HR Core Design, Data Migration, Systems Integration, Change Management, Reporting, Testing, and HR Operations support.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience leading enterprise HR transformation initiatives, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering large-scale HRIS implementations in complex global environments.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of the SuccessFactors implementation program across multiple HR workstreams.Coordinate activities between HR, IT, Operations, Integration teams, and external program stakeholders.Drive project planning, governance, timelines, risk management, and milestone tracking.Oversee HR systems integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.Ensure successful cutover and decommissioning of legacy HR systems.Partner with HR Operations and Integration teams to establish scalable post-implementation support models.Support operational readiness including reporting, people analytics, and process optimization.Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular executive-level status reporting.Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively.Facilitate collaboration across global teams to ensure successful implementation outcomes.Required Qualifications 12 years of experience in HR technology implementation, transformation, or integration programs.Proven experience leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations in enterprise environments.Strong understanding of HR systems, HR operations, and HR transformation initiatives.Experience managing large-scale global implementations involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.Hands-on experience with: Data MigrationSystems IntegrationChange ManagementTesting & Cutover PlanningReporting & HR AnalyticsStrong program/project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management abilities.Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional leadership teams.Bachelor s degree in Technology, Information Systems, HR, or related field.Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, CrossKnowledge, or similar systems.Prior experience supporting post-go-live HR operations models.Exposure to global HR transformation programs and integration initiatives.Functional Areas Supported RecruitingPerformance ManagementLearning & DevelopmentTalent Management & Succession PlanningCompensationKey Skills SAP SuccessFactorsHRIS ImplementationProgram ManagementSystems IntegrationData MigrationChange ManagementHR OperationsStakeholder ManagementEnterprise TransformationReporting & AnalyticsTesting & DeploymentS oft Skills Strong leadership and collaboration skillsStrategic problem-solving abilityExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, matrixed environmentsStrong attention to detail and execution focus
