*Job Description*
We are seeking a highly skilled UAS RPIC/Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess operational experience with Group 1 Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (SUAS), FPV and/or Skydio aircraft and systems and demonstrate a strong background in instruction and training.
*What You'll Do*
* Serve as an RPIC/SME regarding UAS operations, regulations, and best practices for SECOPS, DFR, and DOC customers.
* Assist with delivering high-quality training programs and materials related to UAS operations, safety, and compliance.
* Follow and adhere to RTTG Aircrew Training Program, including annual and semi annual proficiency tests.
* Provide guidance and support to internal teams and clients on UAS mission planning, execution, and risk management.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the field of unmanned aviation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and workshops.
* Integrate with tactical partners and give advice on implementing police or military UAS tactics.
* This position will report directly to the Director of UxS Services.
*Requirements*
* Operational experience with Group 1 Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (SUAS).
* Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate issued by the FAA.
* Laptop with a dedicated GPU, hardwired connection or 100 Mbps Wifi, and generous RAM (32GB+ recommended).
* Background in instruction and training, preferably in the field of unmanned aviation.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability and desire to travel >50%.
* Subject to a background check and must be able to obtain / maintain a security clearance.
* Proficient in Slide presentations software, basic network engineering, and media consoles.
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience working with military or government agencies.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
