Location: Fully Remote. We're open to candidates based within U.S. Eastern Time or Central European Time zones.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to bring structure, predictability, and most importantly clarity to our product and engineering delivery efforts. This role reports to the COO and works in close partnership with the Director of Engineering and Director of Product as a shared execution resource.The TPM serves as the central coordination, communication, and execution lead for cross-functional initiatives involving external partners, internal product programs, and operational readiness. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and strongly focused on delivery excellence, ensuring initiatives ship with quality, on schedule, and in compliance, while maintaining shared understanding across teams, leadership, and external partners.Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery ManagementOrganize and run execution for external integrations, partner onboarding initiatives, and internal cross-team initiativesOwn end-to-end project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and assumptionsCoordinate dependencies across engineering, product, operations, compliance, legal, and external partnersIdentify delivery, operational, or compliance risks early and proactively propose mitigation strategies, clearly articulating tradeoffs and impactsCross-Functional Alignment & CommunicationAct as the primary source of truth for program status, decisions, and next stepsKeep engineering and product leaders aligned through clear, consistent, and timely communicationTranslate between technical, product, and business contexts to ensure shared understandingAct as a neutral facilitator across teams to resolve ambiguity, align on decisions, and unblock progressPartner closely with the technical integration owner to ensure technical discovery, delivery sequencing, and readiness are alignedPartner Operations, Compliance & Readiness Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to support:Merchant onboarding and KYB processesCustomer KYC and KYT readinessGeographic and currency expansion initiativesCoordinate partner requirements related to compliance, regulatory obligations, and contractual commitmentsSupport partner invoicing workflows, operational readiness, and ongoing partner lifecycle managementEnsure operational, legal, and compliance requirements are clearly documented, tracked, and reflected in delivery plansExternal & Stakeholder CommunicationLead structured, professional communication with external vendors, partners, and clientsClearly document agreements, decisions, operational requirements, and changes in scope or timelinesPrepare and distribute concise meeting summaries with clear action items, owners, and deadlinesEnsure external stakeholders receive consistent messaging and know what to expect and whenExecution Transparency & ReportingTrack project metrics and delivery health across initiativesPrepare concise, high-signal weekly status updates for leadership and stakeholdersSurface deviations from plan early, clearly communicating risks, options, and recommended actionsMaintain continuity of context so teams are not revisiting or re-litigating prior decisionsDocumentation & ProcessOwn and organize program and partner documentation in Confluence and related toolsCreate and maintain clear written artifacts (plans, timelines, decision logs, summaries) that reduce ambiguityDrive execution discipline through clarity and alignment, not unnecessary process or bureaucracyLeadership SupportSupport the COO, Director of Engineering, and Director of Product with planning materials, drafts, and follow-upsPrepare delivery and partner-readiness updates for broader company awareness and go-to-market readiness as neededHelp ensure teams understand how delivery milestones connect to broader business objectives, GTM plans, and regulatory readinessRequired Qualifications & ExperienceExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into clear, actionable guidanceProven experience leading technical programs, partner integrations, or cross-functional initiatives in close partnership with engineering and product teamsExperience managing external vendors, partners or client-facing deliveries, with clear ownership of commitments and communicationStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a structured, detail-oriented approach to planning and executionSolid understanding of software delivery lifecycles and the ability to work from technical documentation and API specificationsAbility to operate independently, proactively surface risks, and drive issues to resolutionNice to Have ExperienceExperience in fintech or crypto (plus, but not required)Background that includes hands-on exposure to technical delivery roles (e.g., project management, QA, business analysis, engineering, or technical support)Experience with partner onboarding and operational compliance processes, such as KYB, KYC, KYT, and geographic or currency expansion, preferably within crypto, digital assets, or regulated financial servicesFamiliarity with applying AI tools and automation to enhance program execution, communication clarity, and operational efficiencyFamiliarity with modern delivery and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, or similar platformsCompensation and Benefits  We offer competitive compensation designed to attract exceptional talent and reflect the experience, skills, and impact you'll bring to the team.
