Enterprise Project ManagerDallas, TX (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days/week on-site)Information Technology (IT)Chief Information Officer (CIO)Role OverviewWe are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and disciplined Enterprise Project Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives. Reporting directly to the CIO, this role will play a key part in elevating and standardizing project management practices across the organization.The primary focus is to drive execution of large-scale initiatives while establishing a structured, repeatable project lifecycle—from initiation and approval through execution, reporting, and closeout. This role ensures project delivery is predictable, high-quality, and aligned with executive decision-making needs.Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Leadership:Serve as the central point of coordination across IT, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure alignment with business objectives.Portfolio Management:Oversee a diverse portfolio of high-impact enterprise initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Infrastructure & Logistics Coordination:Lead complex operational initiatives such as facility relocations, new site openings, and consolidations involving real estate, equipment, personnel, and transportation.Technical Transformations:Manage large-scale infrastructure upgrades and enterprise software implementations spanning multiple departments.Process Engineering:Design and implement a standardized project management framework, including templates for project charters, plans, status reporting, and post-project reviews.Executive Reporting:Provide clear, concise, and actionable updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and resource allocation.Meeting Governance:Lead effective project meetings with clear agendas, documented outcomes, and accountability for follow-up actions.Requirements & QualificationsTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency with Smartsheet, including building sheets, reports, and dashboardsStrong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Calendar)Demonstrated ability to manage complex project plans, dependencies, RACIs, and Gantt chartsCore CompetenciesStrong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiencesExcellent collaborative writing and documentation skillsHighly organized with a proactive, results-driven mindsetEffective meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skillsExperience driving organizational change, process improvement, and project management maturityEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldPreferred QualificationsPMP, PfMP, Six Sigma, or Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci)Experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain environmentsAdditional RequirementsHybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week on-siteAbility to travel occasionally to support project-related initiatives
