We form value through combined effort with our customers and stakeholders.What We NeedWe are looking for an experienced Composites Apprentice to work in our Lamination area. This role supports the production operations to ensure the organization is able to keep up with production demand and meet quality needs.ResponsibilitiesRoll out air voids in manufactured parts.Ensure parts are defect free and meet thickness specifications.Correct any defects found in parts.Pop and pull parts as required.Other tasks as assigned.QualificationsHS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience.Prefer previous fiberglass experience or auto body experience.Must HavesAbility to see fine detail work.Ability to read and understand basic blueprints/drawings.Maximum lifting of 50lbs.
