*Engineering Manager - Aircraft Structures & Modifications* *Location:* Waco, TX (100% Onsite) *Salary:* Up to $195,000 + Full Benefits + Relocation Assistance Recruiting for an aerospace engineering leadership position in Waco focused on aircraft modification and structural integration. The Manger role leads approximately 12 mechanical engineers supporting primary/secondary structure, aircraft upgrades and missionization. Compensation can reach $195K and relocation. The Waco operation is one of the industry’s premier aircraft modernization and MRO facilities, featuring more than 430,000 square feet of hangar space, extensive secure classified work areas, in-house engineering, structural modification, avionics integration, FAA-certified design and repair capabilities, and the infrastructure to support everything from military aircraft upgrades to large wide-body aircraft conversions.
