Excellent communication skills Strong customer service focus Professional demeanorGENERAL SUMMARY: Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations ; maintains satisfactory fulfillment of service requests related to commercial facilities maintenance and renovations.ROLES: Complete tasks as assigned Work orders:Unsupervised completion of work ordersProvide accurate documentation related to each work order for travel and expensesTurn in signed work orders within one day of completion Act as working supervisor during minor renovations, ensuring safety and quality. Ensure customer satisfaction and prevent call backs through quality of work. Manage company resources, time, expenses, material, tools, and equipment Adhere to job related budgets and bids, manage, control, and reduce job related expenditures to ensure a successful and profitable project Submit all expense reports and enter time per required schedules Efficient use of time and travel Return tools and equipment in a timely manner and in good condition Job site safety compliance and cleanliness maintain and use tools and equipment in safe operating condition follow safety procedures, protocols, and regulations related to the job and work siteAdherence to company policies and processes (EOS, Handbook, The Way)Additional duties as occasionally assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:4 to 10 years experience in carpentry and/or industry related tradesProficient understanding of industry standard’s of measure and material applicationsHigh level of knowledge and competency in all aspects of general carpentryKnowledgeable and capable of performing minor plumbing repairsMinor proficiency in electrical repairsGeneral ability to read/understand blueprintsBasic computer skills required (Internet, Microsoft Office).
