Our team works closely with businesses throughout Northwest Arkansas and beyond to provide responsive IT support, cybersecurity protection, proactive maintenance, and strategic technology guidance.We are looking for a Service Desk Technician who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates well under pressure, and takes ownership of problems from start to finish.What You’ll DoAs a Service Desk Technician, you’ll be the front line of support for our clients.
