Job Opportunity: Estimator / Project Manager Location: Based in-office, occasional travel for site walks Availability: Day shifts Start Date: ASAP Salary: $85k - $110k (higher for BICSI/RCDD-certified candidates) Benefits: Full benefits package (details provided upon request) Travel: Rare, but candidates must be open to travel as needed Position Overview: Seeking a highly motivated Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for estimating projects, conducting job walk-throughs, attending vendor meetings, and managing the transition of projects from initial quotes to final installations. Your attention to detail will ensure that all installations meet the specified requirements and align with project drawings. If you are experienced in estimating and project management, enjoy hands-on involvement with project execution, and can ensure that projects meet design specifications, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate job estimates and quotes for projects Conduct walk-throughs of potential job sites Attend vendor meetings and coordinate project logistics Ensure that installations are completed to specification and match provided drawings Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to bring projects to successful completion Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in project management or estimating, especially in telecommunications or cabling Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to report to the office daily and visit job sites as needed Preferred Certification: BICSI/RCDD certification highly desirable (higher salary offered for qualified candidates) Licenses/Certifications: Not required, but candidates with BICSI/RCDD certification are encouraged to apply and name their price!
