You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex cases and utilize advanced critical care skills.ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, utilizing advanced assessment and critical thinking skills.Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.Monitor and interpret complex physiological data, including vital signs, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator settings.Administer medications and treatments, including vasoactive drips and critical care medications, with precision and vigilance.Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care.QualificationsMust-Haves:Associate of Science Degree in NursingCurrent Wisconsin Registered Nurse LicensureCurrent BLS certification for Healthcare ProvidersCurrent ACLS certification for HealthCare Providers or obtain within 6 months of hireNice-to-HavesBachelor of Science Degree in NursingTwo years of current critical care RN experienceCurrent CMSRN certification or obtain within 2 years of hireTo ApplyIf you are a dedicated RN passionate about critical care, we encourage you to apply today.
