The Opportunity NextCare Urgent Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Fredericksburg, Virginia clinic.In this role, you will care for a diverse patient population, manage a wide range of urgent care conditions, and practice with a high degree of clinical independence supported by physician oversight, standardized protocols, and a collaborative care team.
