We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Follow Up: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.Treatment Planning: Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.Documentation: While using Raintree, Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.Patient Education: Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plansProfessional Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.QualificationsAssociate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from accredited institution.Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Commitment to providing exceptional patient careBenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.CEU Reimbursement opportunities.401(k) with company match.Opportunities for advancement.
