Pay Rate: $18 – $20/hr ++ DOE Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Great opportunity for OT including some work on Fridays. At $20/hr and 50 hrs per wk for example, *earn weekly paychecks of $1,100 gross.* We are seeking motivated Assembly & Test Operators to support a growing modular data center infrastructure operation. This work supports the assembly and testing of components used to build faster, smarter, and more resilient data centers in a controlled offsite manufacturing environment. The Assembly & Test Operator is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues. Roles and Responsibilities: * Assemble components of all products, selecting the correct tools and fixtures. * Test assembled products; troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products. * Read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies. * Create labor records for all transactions. * Ensure good housekeeping within own work area. * Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to relating Risk Assessments. * Use the guiding principles and tools of the manufacturing system to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications and Experience: * High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED). * Must be mechanically adept; able to use a variety of hand and power tools. * Ability to read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions; write legibly. * Experience with assembly-related operations or equivalent preferred. * Experience with electrical wiring is preferred. * Fluency, both written and verbal, in English. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
