Salesforce CRM Lead – HealthcarePosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM professional with deep experience supporting healthcare organizations and managing patient lifecycle workflows. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams, helping drive CRM strategy, optimization, and operational excellence within Salesforce.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce CRM expertise (Service Cloud/Sales Cloud), outstanding client-facing communication skills, and prior experience within healthcare environments such as orthopedics, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or related patient-care organizations.This is not a Salesforce Marketing Cloud role. We are specifically seeking someone focused on the CRM/patient management side of Salesforce.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Salesforce CRM initiatives focused on patient engagement, intake, scheduling, referrals, communications, and lifecycle managementPartner directly with customers, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutionsAct as a functional and technical Salesforce SME across CRM workflows, integrations, reporting, and process optimizationDesign and improve patient journey workflows, including onboarding, follow-up care, referral management, and retention strategiesSupport and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, analytics, and customer successDrive user adoption, process standardization, and CRM best practicesAssist with system configuration, troubleshooting, data management, and ongoing platform enhancementsProvide leadership during client meetings, discovery sessions, and solution discussionsEnsure Salesforce solutions align with healthcare operational and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience in a functional, technical, or hybrid capacityStrong experience with Salesforce CRM platforms such as Service Cloud and/or Sales CloudHealthcare industry experience requiredExperience supporting patient lifecycle management, patient engagement, scheduling, intake, referrals, or care coordination workflowsStrong customer-facing and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutionsExperience leading meetings, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions to business users and customersStrong understanding of CRM data structures, reporting, dashboards, and workflow automationExcellent communication and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience within orthopedics, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or related healthcare specialtiesSalesforce certifications preferredExperience with healthcare CRM integrations and patient management systemsFamiliarity with HIPAA-compliant workflows and healthcare operational processesExperience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented healthcare organizations
