Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) based in Colorado Springs, CO. The RBT will be responsible for working directly with clients, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Daily tasks include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and recording data on client progress, and collaborating with parents, caregivers, and the clinical team to ensure successful outcomes. The RBT will support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living skills while managing and reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based strategies. Qualifications Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniquesExperience with data collection, behavior recording, and analysisEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with families and team membersPatience, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful rapport with clientsFlexibility and adaptability in managing a diverse range of client needs and behaviorsCertification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or readiness to obtain certificationMinimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plusPrevious experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities is advantageous
