Project Manager – ConstructionLocation: Smithfield, RIJob Type: Full-timePosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage construction projects from inception through completion. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project activities, coordinate with owners/clients and field teams, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage construction projects from initial planning through final completion.Oversee day-to-day project activities and coordinate field operations.Develop project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.Monitor job progress, performance, costs, and overall project profitability.Coordinate with owners, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.Provide clients with timely administrative information and project updates.Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.Identify project issues, risks, and delays and implement corrective actions.Ensure project activities remain aligned with established schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.Provide leadership and direction to project and field teams.Required QualificationsSenior-Level:Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or relevant industry experience.Demonstrated experience managing construction projects.Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple project activities while maintaining schedule, cost, and quality objectives.Entry-Level:Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Interest in developing a career in construction project management.
