Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Austin, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and managing content for the studio’s social media platforms, optimizing social media presence, and developing strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility. Key tasks include planning and implementing social media campaigns, taking pictures and video content, designing graphics, creating written and visual content, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with the online community to promote the studio’s services and values. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)Videography and photography skillsGraphic design skillsExperience in developing and executing Content Strategies and managing social media contentEffective Communication and Writing skills with attention to brand voice and toneAbility to analyze social media performance metrics and adapt strategies accordinglyProficiency with social media platforms and tools for scheduling and analyticsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExperience in the arts, creative industries, or tattoo community is a plusKnowledge of graphic design and multimedia content creation is an added advantage
