We expect you to be versatile, display leadership qualities, and be excited to tackle new challenges across the full tech stack.QualificationsPositive attitude and strong teamwork skillsBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field4+ years managing software development teams10+ years of experience in commercial-grade software developmentExperience leading remote teamsStrong knowledge of:Modern programming languages and object-oriented programmingHigh-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systemsCloud environments (SaaS, PaaS)Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)Ability to motivate teams and improve efficiency under pressureStrong verbal, presentation, and written communication skillsExperience with Agile methodologiesExperience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other automation toolsProven success leading SaaS or PaaS productsCloud platforms (Azure preferred)CompensationRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $155,000 and $233,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
