We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Benefits Analyst to support the administration, analysis, and optimization of employee benefits programs in our Jacksonville office.The ideal candidate is data-driven, organized, and comfortable working with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to manage health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plansServe as the primary point of contact for benefits-related questions from employees and managersPartner with brokers and carriers to evaluate plan options, negotiate rates, and ensure cost-effective benefits offeringsAnalyze benefits data, utilization trends, and costs to support recommendations and decision-makingEnsure compliance with federal and state regulations including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAASupport annual open enrollment processes, including communications, system updates, and employee educationMaintain accurate employee benefits data within HRIS systems and coordinate payroll deductions with HR and finance teamsAssist in benchmarking benefits programs against market trends to ensure competitivenessSupport audits, reporting, and documentation requirements related to benefits programsCollaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless benefits administration and issue resolutionQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in benefits administration or benefits analysisStrong understanding of employee benefits programs and compliance requirementsExperience working with HRIS systems and benefits platformsStrong analytical and Excel skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
