About the Role
As an EFDA Dental Assistant, you’ll be a key part of creating an exceptional patient experience. You’ll work chairside with Dr. Arredondo on a wide variety of procedures — from bread-and-butter dentistry to surgical implant cases — and support our hygienists to keep the flow of the day running seamlessly.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, positive, and eager to contribute to a team that cares about quality care as much as it cares about each other.
Key Responsibilities
Assist chairside during general, restorative, CEREC, and surgical procedures
Provide support to hygienists during preventive and periodontal visits
Take high-quality dental X-rays (required) and maintain precise patient records
Perform sterilization, room turnover, and setup for both doctor and hygiene rooms
Maintain equipment and ensure clinical areas run safely and smoothly
Deliver warm, compassionate patient experiences from start to finish
Fulfill all EFDA duties with professionalism and attention to detail
