HR/Payroll Senior Implementation ConsultantContract: Contract through March 2025Location: Remote (No travel required, Core working hours in CST)Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant with deep expertise in payroll execution, HR, and benefits. The role will focus on implementing industry-specific solutions in the healthcare sector using various HR/payroll platforms. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with implementations and functional processes in platforms such as Epicor, Cerner, Workday, UKG, Kronos, ADP, and Infor. Healthcare/hospital experience is a key advantage.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of HR and payroll solutions in short-term, complex projects (3-4 months) across 2-3 concurrent projects.Ensure the successful design, testing, training, and deployment of solutions specific to healthcare industry needs.Support projects from a functional perspective, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.Import and manage payroll and benefits data, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Identify and resolve system gaps, while offering consultative support to optimize HR and payroll processes.Provide outcome-focused guidance on payroll execution and benefit plan management.Work with clients to understand their requirements, implement best practices, and drive project success.Qualifications:5+ years of experience implementing and running payroll processes or managing HR benefits, preferably in the healthcare industry.Practical, hands-on experience with Epicor, Cerner, Workday, UKG, Kronos, ADP, Infor, or similar platforms.Expertise in handling benefit plans, payroll systems, and HR management, with a solid understanding of data import processes.Strong functional knowledge in payroll, benefits, and HR implementations, including payroll outcome analysis.Experience managing several projects simultaneously, with the ability to handle complex, fast-paced environments.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Additional Information:Several projects are already underway, and many more are in the queue, requiring immediate availability to support implementation efforts.
