In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion we provide to the residents.If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at Wall wants to hear from you!Registered Nurse-RN Unit Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:Associates or Bachelor's Degree in NursingCurrent, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse LicenseAn experienced LPN may be consideredMinimum of 1 years' experience in a supervisory role in a long-term care setting is preferredSupervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient careConduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times throughout the shiftProvide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family membersAssess the unique needs of each patient to determine appropriate treatment plansAssists in the development of written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each residentTrack treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelinesComputer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure a smooth recovery process for residentsEnsure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelinesOther duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or AdministratorRegistered Nurse-RN Unit Manager Schedule & Benefits:Schedule: Full time days, On-Call rotationComprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision and paid time off (PTO)Tuition Reimbursement for eligible employeesCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesComplete Care at Wall is an equal opportunity employer.
