Job Description:Prepare and cook base ingredients such as ground beef, red pepper sofrito, onion sofrito, and annatto oilCut, boil, and season brisket for empanada fillingMaintain fryer oil (change and pump every 10-12 days)Ensure accurate inventory and proper food storageMonitor stock levels to prevent ingredient shortagesFollow all food safety and handling procedures in a gluten-free environmentMaintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchenEntry-level food prep experienceBilingual customer service skills (Spanish/English preferred)Ability to work in a hot environment and manage time effectivelyMust have or obtain a valid food handling certificationResume required - onsite interview required
