Cleaner

Cleaner Westwood Meadows Monday – Friday; 8:30 am – 5 pm The cleaner performs cleaning tasks that keep the interior and exterior of a property in top-notch condition. Cleans and sanitizes common areas, and offices, and helps prepare units for future residents. Performs competent and proper cleaning techniques such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning ceiling vents and fans, cleaning bathrooms, and cleaning appliances. Assists in the make-ready process by deep cleaning vacant units. Completes grounds work which may include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas, and maintaining landscaping or other common areas. Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots, and other common areas. Creates positive, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents, visitors, and employees. May deliver or post notices to residents. The successful candidate will have: Prior experience cleaning residential homes/apartments is preferred Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and attention to detail Ability to perform independently, in a changing and multi-tasking environment Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and a reliable vehicle to use daily Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (we test for marijuana).
