You Are: As the Director, Enterprise Solutions you will drive revenue growth, maturing the practice, and positioning UST as a market leader. You bring deep expertise in Workday and SaaS platforms, guide high‑performing teams, develop methodologies, and incubate new solutions that strengthen our services portfolio. You influence strategy, build partnerships, and serve as a thought leader within the practice and across the industry. The Opportunity: Serve as the primary interface between UST clients and the Practice, ensuring alignment of solutions, strategy, and delivery. Drive revenue generation by supporting Sales and Channels teams and participating in solution selling and opportunity qualification. Define the Practice's service portfolio, competitive positioning, and go‑to‑market solutions, including new offerings in the Cloud/SaaS ecosystem. Develop and implement methodologies, frameworks, governance models, and best practices in partnership with Delivery. Provide thought leadership, authoring content, conducting webinars, engaging analysts, and representing UST at industry events. Guide development of new solutions, IP monetization models, and service innovations that enhance market differentiation. Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with Workday and other key ecosystem stakeholders. Oversee CoE functions, communities of practice, and internal capability development across tools, technologies, and delivery models. Provide technical leadership for proposals, RFP responses, sales presentations, and client advisory sessions. Support strategy, including M&A evaluations, solution feasibility assessments, and long‑term practice growth planning. What you need: At least 15 years in the outsourcing industry with strong technical depth in global delivery and SaaS/Cloud transformation. Recognized thought leader with deep expertise in Workday and demonstrated influence across the industry. Strong delivery, engagement management, and Agile/CI experience, including global delivery leadership. Demonstrated success in pre‑sales, solutioning, competitive displacement, and business development. Excellent communication, facilitation, change management, and executive‑level stakeholder engagement skills. Significant experience leading global delivery engagements and managing end‑to‑end service delivery in Product Engineering. At least 7 years in HR & Finance support practices and 5+ years in major Workday solution/product areas. Bonus points: Master’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; Enterprise Architecture skills are a plus. Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: US Remote Compensation Range: $176,000-264,000 Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
