Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel We are hiring experienced telemetry nurses for internal travel assignments at ECU Health Medical Center, our Level I Trauma Center in Greenville, NC. Unit details - 36-bed flex unit - Staffing ratios: 1:4 or 1:5 RN-to-Patient - Primary population: Adults requiring general or intermediate care for conditions like liver or renal failure, pulmonary disease, trach management, heart failure, GI disturbances, infectious disease, diabetes, cardiac disease, drug use disorder or wound management. Minimum requirements - Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing, or higher - Greater than 1 year of bedside nursing experience is required - American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification is required Compensation package - Base pay: up to $63/hour for all travel nursing positions - 1.5x base hourly rate for overtime (over 40 hours) and holiday pay - Additional $3.00/hour for stand-by pay and $2.00/hour for charge/preceptor pay General statement It is the goal of ECU Health and its entities to employ the most qualified individual who best matches the requirements for the vacant position.
