Position Summary
The Inventory & Procurement Coordinator keeps our warehouse running and our shelves stocked. You'll handle everything that comes in and goes out - receiving, storing, tracking, and ordering - while working closely with the teams who depend on those parts every day. Responsibilities
Receive, store, and pull inventory items, and keep records accurate as stock moves in and out
Run regular counts and audits to catch discrepancies early and keep numbers trustworthy
Inspect incoming and outgoing items to make sure they meet our quality standards
Follow and enforce inventory controls so we don't run short or over-order
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, and help maintain warehouse equipment
Purchase off-the-shelf materials and work with other departments to plan ahead and restock before we run low
Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries and sort out any shipment issues
Look for better ways to do things and help improve our processes
Minimum Qualifications
Hands-on experience in inventory, procurement, quality control, or warehouse operations
Working knowledge of inventory and purchasing processes, quality standards, and warehouse best practices
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and inventory software
Strong attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your work
Honest and accountable - we count on you to keep the records straight
Good communicator who works well with people across teams
Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and shift gears when priorities change
Organized, with the ability to juggle several things at once
Must be authorized to work in the United States
