Mini-Circuits' sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive web site.Position Summary:The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a learning?oriented, support?focused role within the Inside Sales organization. The position is responsible for performing essential administrative sales and customer support tasks while developing foundational knowledge of products, systems, and sales processes.This role supports the Inside Sales Teams through transactional execution and guided exposure to account?related activities. The role is designed to build readiness for future roles; advancement is encouraged and is based on demonstrated readiness, performance, and business needs.Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00Job Function:Process and execute customer orders and quotations in accordance with departmental proceduresHandle incoming internal and external customer calls and inquiriesProvide general customer service and sales supportMaintain customer account data and sales databases with current and accurate customer requirementsLiaise between customers and internal departments to support accurate and timely fulfillmentIdentify customer issues or constraints and escalate appropriately for resolutionAssist with preparation of pricing review materials for management considerationSupport documentation and follow?up related to customer contracts and agreementsAssist with new customer account setup and administrative maintenanceFollow up on samples, quotes, and web inquiries as directed to support opportunity developmentProvide limited, task?based operational support to Inside Sales teams as neededParticipate in training, coaching, and development activities to build foundational understanding of systems, processes, and general product awarenessThe duties, responsibilities and expectations described above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the member, within the scope of the position.Qualifications:Associate degree or 2+ years' sales-related experienceProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with ERP/CRM related software preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsCustomer?focused with strong attention to detailOrganized and able to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work in a deadline?driven environmentStrong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learnMust be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (green card holder) due to ITAR compliancePhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
