Technical Deployment Project Manager

DescriptionKforce is immediately adding a full-time Technical Deployment Project Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Spring, TX.Summary:The Technical Deployment Project Manager will support a large-scale supply chain transformation initiative, ensuring operational readiness for deployment across services supply chain and finished goods returns workstreams. This individual will serve as the bridge between business, operations, and IT teams, driving completion of deployment readiness activities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring people, processes, and training plans are in place for a successful launch.Key Tasks:* Coordinate deployment readiness activities for the services supply chain and finished goods returns workstreams, ensuring all launch checklists, dependencies, risks, and milestones are completed prior to go-live* Partner with internal and external supply chain stakeholders to drive process readiness, support training preparation and execution* Ensure both people and operational processes are successfully prepared for deploymentRequirements* Bachelor's degree in a relevant area or demonstrated competence* Typically, 7-10 years of relevant experience* Comprehensive experience in developing commercial software products using agile development practices* Expertise in managing cross-organizational software development projects from initiation through delivery* Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics for engineering development* Experience with a controlled software release process involving a product lifecycle management tool* Analytical and problem-solving experiences with large-scale systemsScope & Impact:* Acts as leaders within the program management practice* Directly influences the nature of the work delivered* Takes responsibility for code and overall delivery quality* Impact of decisions can often alter program timelines by multiple quarters* Programs are typically cross-functional and involve multiple related software engineering teamsJob TypeContractCompensation42 - $55
