There really is something for everyone!The Design Review / Community Standards Coordinator serves as a liaison between homeowners and the Design Review Board. They are also responsible for upholding aesthetic standards in the community.What You’ll AccomplishGreet all homeowners upon entry and answer questions as neededAnswer phone calls, respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely mannerCreating, updating, and maintaining reports as neededCoordinate violation reporting and tracking process, including verification, notification, file maintenance, and follow-upProvides confidential administrative support to the Architectural and Community Standards Board and acts as a liaison between homeowners and Design Review BoardImplement covenant enforcement and design review application processCoordinate design review administrationReview and submit architectural design review applicationsPrepare hearing outcome letters and send them to unit owners / residentsInspect completion of design review approvalsAssist homeowners with understanding the Architectural guidelines and requirements and guide them through the submittal processConduct weekly inspections of residential propertiesCoordinate violation reporting and tracking process, including verification, notification, file maintenance, and follow-upIssue violations of the deed restrictions with specific reference to property maintenance and aestheticsDocument, photograph and record all violations while maintaining accurate recordsMaintain accurate records of complaints and inspections made and work with homeowners to resolve issues Assists in the creation and adoption of relevant policies based upon state statutes and the Association’s governing documentsSupports any landscape group/committee in holding meetings, and communicating with owners and other representativesAssess and prioritize developmental needs to support our team and strategic objectives; participate in all community events as assignedProvide administrative assistance to the Community Director and other team members, and perform other duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking ForProfessional and adaptable, demonstrate good time management and organizational skills and have demonstrated an ability to maintain the confidentiality of business mattersSelf-motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with excellent problem-solving skillsComputer skills that include a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and have high attention to detailHave excellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possibleCandidates must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and attend and community events as requiredMust have a valid driver’s license in the state of employment and have reliable means of transportation as a personal vehicle may be required to perform certain responsibilitiesMust be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the site as determined by the Community Manager, including possible evenings and weekendsMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkIf driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing.
