DutiesDeliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions tailored to each individual's needs, focusing on skill development and behavior reduction.Collect and analyze data during sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment plans.Conduct patient assessments and participate in diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate interventions.Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, intake forms, and medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.Assist with intake procedures and initial evaluations for new clients to establish personalized care plans.Support behavioral health initiatives by implementing evidence-based techniques that promote positive behaviors and functional skills.QualificationsExperience or training in behavioral therapy, special education, or working with children and individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), autism spectrum disorder, and developmental disabilities.Strong skills in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation.Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.Ability to work effectively with children and individuals with diverse needs in a compassionate manner.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families, team members, and other healthcare professionals.A proactive attitude toward patient care, diagnosis support, and ongoing treatment evaluation.
