Project Manager Scrum Master

Job Title: Senior Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager (Agile Delivery)Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)Duration: 2 Months (High chance of extension)Note: 2 Months contract with potential of extension.Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager to drive Agile delivery for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead distributed teams, manage client stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of .NET/React-based projects using Azure DevOps.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Agile ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives Manage end-to-end delivery for distributed (onshore/offshore) teams Track sprint progress, velocity, and risks using Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos) Drive cross-functional collaboration between .NET, React, Data Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams Coordinate with client stakeholders (Director/VP/CTO level) and handle escalations Manage backlog refinement, user stories, and acceptance criteria Ensure clear communication, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Project Manager 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos) Strong experience managing .NET and React-based projects Proven experience in cross-functional team coordination Experience in Agile delivery within enterprise environments PreferredCertifications: PSM II, PMI-ACP (required); SAFe (preferred) Experience with Jira to Azure DevOps migration Exposure to automotive or fleet management domain Key DeliverablesSprint reports, velocity tracking, and burndown metrics Weekly status reports and stakeholder updates Risk and escalation management
