Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Washington, DC, for a Parking Lot Striping professional. The individual will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing parking lot striping and pavement marking projects using specialized equipment and materials. Additional responsibilities include measuring and marking layouts, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining equipment. The role may involve collaborating with team members and clients to ensure project timelines and specifications are met efficiently. Qualifications Experience with operating striping tools and equipment, including working knowledge of Graco® Line Striping machinesAbility to read and interpret project layouts, drawings, and measurement plansProficiency in following safety policies and ensuring compliance with industry standardsStrong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and clientsAttention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, accurate resultsWillingness to work in outdoor environments with various weather conditionsPhysical ability to lift equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform manual laborPrevious experience in the striping or construction industry is a plusValid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
