At SMS, YOU MATTER.Position Overview:We are seeking a PET/CT Technologist to join our growing team. Unlike typical travel roles, this position offers a unique opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art mobile scanner while serving local and diverse communities. This role provides flexibility of different environments while being a part of a stable, full-time, employee-centric organization. You’ll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with various healthcare facilities and become a key member of our Shared Medical Services ONETEAM. Anticipated Schedule:2-3 days per week Responsibilities:Competently perform imaging procedures, including administering contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals Perform equipment quality check and adhere to quality assurance guidelines Maintain compassionate patient care, comfort and safety, while ensuring patient confidentiality Qualifications:CNMT OR ARRT(N) certification State permit to practice(s) as nuclear medicine technologist as required Ability to produce quality special imaging with little supervision Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check, urine drug screen and physical Benefits:Travel Perks - paid drive time and mileage and more depending on position Plus, you may be eligible to join our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401K CLEAN COMMITMENT: Shared Medical Services has standard practices for a clean mobile environment and infection control policies and procedures for all patients.
