POSITION: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) LOCATION: Paducah, Kentucky QUALIFICATIONS: active valid KY LPN license While we welcome applicants who are in recovery, Kentucky regulations require that our team members have two years of sobriety. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING: collect and review labs ordered by the doctor administer medications according to Stepworks protocols (training provided) monitor patient vitals and measure withdrawal symptoms (training provided) supervise residential patients assist clinicians/therapists encourage patients to persevere in treatment (training provided) be prepared for crisis intervention, first aid, CPR (training provided) SHIFT: Monday - Friday; 11:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M.
