Optometry Practice Team Member

As Team Member in our practice, you’ll be: Checking patients in/out Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling Verifying patient insurance Collecting patient payments Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere Pretesting and rooming patients before each exam Providing contact lens instruction for new wearers Prepping charts Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone Taking measurements and fitting eyeglasses for customers to help them see, look, and feel their best Serving as a product expert for customers and team members alike Candidates should possess great customer service skills, a friendly and positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task and keep busy. General computer knowledge and ability to quickly learn new tasks is helpful. Retail experience is a plus.
