Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (no remote, 4 days office mon-thu, Friday remote based on client alignment)Duration : 6 monthsExperience Required: 12+ YearsGC/USC (As per clients need)Note: Candidates with prior experience working with telecom clients or similar large-scale organizations will be given preference.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support initiatives for Comcast, a leading player in the telecommunications and media domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and proven experience managing multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage 3–4 cross-functional engineering teams across multiple projects/programs• Drive end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across teams and proactively drive resolution• Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum methodologies and best practices• Communicate program status, updates, and risks to senior leadership• Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives• Track KPIs, program metrics, and performance indicatorsRequired Skills & Experience• 12+ years of overall IT experience with recent experience as a Technical Program Manager• Strong technical background in areas such as:o Distributed systems / Microservices architectureo Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)o APIs, system integrations• Proven experience managing multiple teams simultaneously (3–4 teams)• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFeframeworks• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesPreferred Qualifications• Prior experience in Telecom / Media / Cable domain• Exposure to large-scale enterprise program delivery• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similarWork Model• Onsite role in Philadelphia (4 days/week mandatory)• No remote option availableIdeal Candidate ProfileA strong technical professional who has transitioned into a TPM role, capable of managing complex programs, aligning multiple teams, and delivering high-impact projects within a telecom enterprise environment.Note: Candidates with prior experience working with telecom clients or similar large-scale organizations will be given preference.
