This position plays an important role in delivering a polished dining experience for members and guests while supporting both daily dining operations and special club events. The Food Runner serves as a key connection between the kitchen and service team, ensuring food is delivered accurately, efficiently, and with professionalism throughout the Club. Position Overview The ideal candidate is detail oriented, team focused, and thrives in a fast paced hospitality environment. This individual will support dining room operations, banquet functions, weddings, club events, buffets, and private member events while helping maintain the high service standards of Saddle & Cycle Club. Responsibilities Deliver food to tables promptly, professionally, and accurately Ensure food orders are correct and properly presented before leaving the kitchen Maintain communication with culinary, banquet, and service teams during service Support a polished and welcoming member dining experience Maintain knowledge of menu items, plate presentations, and daily features Assist with bread service, soups, water service, and dining room support Help maintain clean and organized service stations and work areas Assist with takeout order preparation and accuracy Support banquet setup and breakdown for weddings, holiday events, buffets, and club functions Verify banquet setups according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Assist with table setup, linens, coffee stations, and event preparation Follow all cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards Qualifications Previous restaurant, banquet, hospitality, or private club experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and maintain urgency during service Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and club events Certifications Food Handler Certification preferred Alcohol Beverage Certification preferred Position Details Full Time and Part Time opportunities available Competitive compensation Opportunity to work in a premier private club environment Exposure to upscale dining, member events, weddings, and banquet operations Professional and team oriented hospitality culture Why Join Saddle & Cycle Club?
